Father in law sounds like a handy chap! Sorry to have to say the fuel tanks have always been the problem with these, you will very likely have to repair what you’ve got unless you’re very lucky to find a rare as rocking horse replacement. The LC has a couple of good replacement ootions but no-one I’...

Well aware Jonny boy, but this gives me a good start point.
Thinking of getting on an LC only forum and starting a fight by telling them I’m going to have the decals lacquered over.

Result

Bought a ratty DT175 (1EJ, 1984ish) for my daughter last year, been stalled on it as it turned out the clutch was truly rooted, basket tangs dented by plates to I’d guess about 3mm, steels rusty, fibres fried etc. Looked around for a cost effective replacement clutch, but they seem to have dried up....

Sorry, can’t find it on here, whats the correct main jet size for 350LC.
Have a pair of freshly cleaned carbs for next proj, need new correct jets for them.
