I was about to post an enquiry on a similar topic.
I have a VJ21 that came with an USD front end. I've just put the conventional front end back on it and now the calipers won't fit. I have 2 sets of 290mm discs. Are the VJ21 discs smaller?

Re: Dunlop 18 inch tyres TT 900
Hi Lozza.
I think I might be getting too far ahead of myself. My Rd won't be running for a long time so I better worry about tyres later. Hope I haven't mucked you around. Too many bikes.

Steering Damper
Steering Damper wanted to suit my pre modern Yamaha TZ250.
I'm looking to use the original mount so the body needs to be 22mm diameter and a stroke of around 100mm.
Also interested in a steering damper for a Suzuki RGV250.

Re: RGV250 Fibreglass panels
Well, there is no such thing as cheap racing but this would be almost as economical as you can get. Buckets might be cheaper but at least with a production class there is a limit to how much people can spend on their bikes. entry fees are about $300-350. An annual licence is about $250. Riding gear ...

RGV250 Fibreglass panels
I've got a long term project to put an early model RGV250 on the track and race it with PCRA. I'm down to a bare frame and progressing from there. Looking for some fibreglass panels or full race glass if anyone has some lying around. The new Period 6 historic class has a 250 production class for bik...

I'm after a workshop manual for an early model suzuki RGV 250.
I can find it online but would prefer a hard copy to have on the bench.

Re: Frame Mod for RD350LC ?
I agree. It's usually the suspension that's hanging off the frame that makes it handle. New tyres and new sintered brake pads make all the difference. If you want a TZR just buy a TZR.

VJ21 triple clamps
Hi all. I just found this forum after a random search for TZ mufflers. I've recently bought almost 2 VJ21 RGV250's in poor condition with the idea of preparing one for New Era racing with PCRA and them maybe put the other on the road eventually. The steering stem is bent so am after a bottom triple ...
