Regarding the rear mudguard, you can buy an plastic extension from most shops to deal with the problem. It screws on , then after reg you can take off again. Shep the 3ma rear cowl is very wide under the seat for the exhausts. I think you would be better off with the 3XV kit.
Having said that, there is a guy in canberra called Mark boddy who has 1kt/2ma stuff for sale.
