RZ500 pistons - recommendations?
I need a set of first oversize pistons for my 500. IIRC the Yamaha 1st O/S was +.25, unfortunately they are NLA from Yamaha. So. Aftermarket it is. Bill Wilson recommends Wiseco, Dudley recommends Pro-X or Woessner. Yambits are flogging Mitaka and there is someone on eBay selling Forsetti. Ezpezie h...

What I meant was go to the shop and tell them why you want and they will be able to sort you out and the selection packs you can get are worth buying as you always need O rings. Or you can just get raped at $10 each. +1 to the above. I get my o-rings from the local hydraulics parts place. They know...

I saw it in the shop a few weeks before the feeBay ad went up, when it was 'not for sale'. Looks nice from across the floor, but the plastics have been painted black with a yard broom from what I can recall.

I hate these now-you-see-me-now-you-don't bullshit problems. Coil on the way out? Perhaps hit them with some spray freeze when it is playing up and see what happens?

Satin black rattlecan paint for wood stoves is an option, not as long lasting as powdercoating, but cheap as, and easier to touch up.
