I think it just unbolts and slides out the sprocket side so it could be worse i guess

There is some feel in the shirter but it wont select any gears or find nutril

A little update on bike i have ridden it some more and played with the gearing and got it where i am happy with it everything was going great when something went wrong with the gearbox it wont shift anymore the gearshifter moves but doesent select gears any idears kr owners ?????

Just need to get a new sd card for the gopro there $100 and with a few outher projects on the go thats money i dont have for a sd fixing up an old 71 trimph thunderbird

next thing is a thermo fan it seems to get hot at low a speeds then tear it down and powder coat everything and new plasticsJonW wrote:sounds like youre making good progress. whats next for this project then? or is it pretty much done?

Got the bike going again much better with new crank seals revs a lot cleaner from idle all the way to top end and i dont think milling down the head hearts either its much more peakey naw good fun when its on the pipe roost everywhere.

Have the main drive gears all sorted naw so hopefuly its up and running next week it will be interesting to see how shaveing the head and mildley porting the rotery valve houseing go

got a large flat block of white urathane today for $5 there is enough to make 30 or so also one half of the damper has been taped to m6 so naw it just bolts together with some locktight.thanks for the idears guys i will let you know how it works2TInstitute wrote:Just weld them together.
