Re: Race fuels,methanol,e85. settings and blow ups
If you chase down the speedway guys (solo/bikes) you should be able to get Elf methanol for $2.00 a litre if you bring your own drum. It's the best to buy. They have a completely dedicated transport system for their race methanol so it never gets tainted with petrol. Suggestions for people with the ...

My Dad does radiators for a living and is extremely good at it. But he is in a small town in NQ. Good to hear you're sorted.

2T oils and Fuel ecconomy
Just thought I'd share my experience so far, been on this bike for a year now. Bike: TDR250 stock standard Fuel ecconomy I've been using the bike for a few days a week tripping to work, 22km journey, lane filtering was too attractive in peak hour and end of year it got pretty bad. So I found I can g...

Re: YZ250 Cranshafts
Crank pin is listed as 1mm difference in length.
Can someone jump in and tell us exactly what the crank pin is? Is that the bottom end pin through the wheels/big end?

Re: Model designation
Be so damn careful with the caustic soda. Used it on my TDR pipes with hot water, got splashed on my hand, ended up in the emergency room with some pretty severe burns, only took a few seconds of contact! blisters bigger than 50 cent coins. Over a month to heal. I should have know better but I reall...

Mt Glorious QLD?
Anyone keen for a weekend early morning run up to Mt Glorious and back? I've headed up a couple of times now from Petrie leaving Sat or Sun morning at like 6am.
Hardly any traffic and about 2.5 hour return trip up over the mountain and back.
Any 2 strokes interested?
