Re: additional probs dt200 wont rev out

I can tell you from experience my bike did the same and someone had drilled the airbox also, I taped the holes up and a perfect running bike was the result, I'm talking day and night difference. Obviously the DT is sensitive like that. I think from memory 145 main is standard. It may well be flogged...

Re: Do You Understand Ebay Bidding?

Their bid won't increase on the item because they are the only bidder but their max amount has gone up so if some one else bids they will still the highest bidder if the amount is under the first bidders max bid. If you start an item at $20 and I bid on your item and place a bid of $30 max bid then ...

Re: Do You Understand Ebay Bidding?

If your starting price is say $200 and the bidder puts a bid of $250 on then it will say one bid but if that same bidder then later on raises their own max bid to say $350 then it shows up as two bids but the price is the same so you only have one bidder.

Re: Track day - what do you take with you?

You have no grounds for a claim while on the track, if you don't want your bike or yourself damaged then its best to stay away. They have allowed cameras now because if a few months time they are getting sacked as the sole provider of ride days at Eastern Creek. Not announced yet what will happen th...

Re: Track day - what do you take with you?

You have it covered in your list there but just be aware a lot of the "officials" have no idea what a two stroke is so expect to get black flagged for blowing smoke. The food at the Creek if that is where you are going is not too bad these days but the price is questionable. If you have so...

Re: TDR250 Project

Welcome to the world of hooning. Great bike for tight twisty stuff but the standard suspension on the front is hopeless in the fast sweeping stuff. You have the fastest colour too so that helps. I put Lomas pipes on mine not sure if it makes any more power but sounds the business.

Re: DT200: In storage for years, gotta get 'em running...

These DTs are great bikes, I have a 94 that I bought to do the Scrapheap adventure ride last year. We had 3 DT200s and one DR250 but this year we have 8 DTs lined up already and looking for more victims/ riders if that interests you.

Sold RD400 D for sale

A mate of mine is selling an RD400 D model red in colour and in great condition. It has chrome chambers, DG I think fitted and other than that is original. The bike is located in Casino NSW so if anyone is interested I will pass on the details and pictures if needed.
