Re: RZ500 Parts
I would love a spare engine, but I imagine they would want a pretty penny for all that stuff.

Re: Back Again
Hey Ant.. good to see you back on the scene.
I'm busy as hell these days mate. Two kids now, youngest is 17 months. So not much time for toys at the moment.
I miss a lot of the organised rides etc because of it.
I did go to Ricks shed, yes

Re: Back Again
My LC has been off the road for years. Doesn't cost anything except shed space.
Once the kids are older, hopefully the wife can ride it again and we'll get it back on the road.

Re: RZ350 Hybrid
Yeah even if it goes on a bit dry, as long as you've got coverage you can cut it back to smooth it out.
Paint issues like that are a bitch.

Re: Watch out for Australian Customs
I'm not sure how it works, but the inspection can be done overseas.
Here is an example:

Maybe this is only a US thing - It may be that Aus Customs has an agreement with US Customs for "Asbestos Free" certification.

Re: RZ350 Hybrid
The bloke that painted my car always uses the same family across the process, from primer, builder, base coat, clear.
I had issues with my fibreglass bonnet scoop reacting to the paint. One day I will re-do it.
But yeah fibreglass seems to be tricky at times.

Re: Boost Bottles
So you're a believer then? I'm still yet to see anyone prove their worth, other than replacing the balance pipe on a twin if yours had one and has gone missing. Although many say the boost bottle should have a divider in the middle anyway, which would also preclude it from being useful as a balance ...

Re: Mikuni Carb ID Help Please
They could possibly be RGV, but one of them would normally be a different angle. Unless they weren't actually a pair, but one carb from two different bikes. I can't remember what the chokes were like on RGV though. Also, if you use "hotlink to forum" on postimage instead of "thumbnail...

Re: Photobucket
Yep, I'm sure they were hoping that invoncenience would drive people to pay. But nope - I come from the good old days where the internet was free (which is why no ads on my websites etc), so on principle I spent the time to migrate away.

Re: No power above a certain rpm(MRT PRO 50CC)
I wouldn't think so, but I don't know the bike or the engine, so just trying to include everything.
Is it a reed engine, or piston port engine?
