Leaking Radiator

Post by rdrob »

I have only had the bike for a week started stripping the bike down still at early stage. I have noticed coolant on the front of the radiator fin area near top.
So my questions are any recommendations as to where to send it to that does a good job to have it looked & repaired as new old stock seems from searching nil.
Have seen the aftermarket alloy ones but original would be the preference.

Thanks Rob

Its probably as cheap to buy another one than have it repaired, they dont cost that much these days. I have one on ebay at the mo, its gold so needs a clean up and paint, but yours for $40+post:

Drop me a PM if you want it.

The after market ones are a lottery. they dont all fit and some leak too. Fine if you buy and it leaks right away, but sometimes they spring leaks later :(

My Dad does radiators for a living and is extremely good at it. But he is in a small town in NQ. Good to hear you're sorted.
