well, and rode quite nicely. New engine, so took it pretty easy.

Looks awesome Trevor. You must feel like a proud new daddy.
Only thing is it looks like the tank needs a little something to finish it off :)

What pipes are those?
Ex UK, now in Adelaide. LC250/350. DT175. Shed full of sh1t in the vague form of dismantled rusty RD’s and RZ’s.

The Pipes are USA Jemco. Yes would like to do something with tank, but not sure what. Any ideas would be welcome

Or a wizard holding a sword in the air that's being hit by lightning.
Maybe that sort of shit is just what they did in my old home town, back in the day...

Metallic red.

LOL at D's Wizard, I remember those... wtf were they thinking?!

I would paint it OEM, sadly (perhaps?!) bikes pretty much always look best in OEM colours and if you ever sell they are worth more.

What's OEM look like. Never really took any notice of these, born at the right time for LC's.. and never really looked back.

The original 'burnt orange' colour looks really good. Striping is dead easy using tape. The black oil tank and sidecover are right for a B model, the previous A model had these coloured as fuel tank. I'm sure you know that the guards were chrome originally... good ones would be pretty hard to find! Enjoy, these things go quite hard, lovely deep burble. I reckon you'd get the metal tank badges without too much trouble, they give the tank a visual lift.
