Australian Aftermarket RZ Fairings

Post by philupmygarage »

Does anyone know of an Australian manufacturer of aftermarket bikini and nose fairings for 83 - 85 RZ's? To date I have only been able to find listings in the UK and America. Cheers, Phil.

Have never heard of any. Most people are importing them from the UK and USA markets.

No i dont think so either. 14cheeks on the uk forum does a nice plastic replica im told and there were a few guys looking to do a group buy of his panels i think as it would save on postage. worth asking him about it.

I'm pretty sure that it was Racers Edge who use to make a fiberglass fairing for the square headlight model, not sure about the round model

Can recommend Nick/14cheeks, very honest guy, very helpful, and the panels are top quality.
If (when) I had the spare cash I'd have a couple of his top fairings. Might wait for the UK exchange rate to be favourable though.

I did have a GRP fairing for my 85 F1 / RZR, but it was pretty rough.

I forgot about it but I do actually have a modified 83/4 nose cone fairing in GRP thats pretty beat up if you are looking for something for a race bike, its not really something to use on a restoration etc.
