I’ve just checked my second 400 engine, same prefix 1A1 and it’s 64mm stroke.
I checked the Conrod part numbers, definitely rd400. Surely all the 400 bearings and suchlike wouldn’t fit on a 250 crank ????

Ok, so just had my engine rebuilt, number 1A1-100697, supposedly this was a 76400. Had 400 barrels on. Unit came back and, I’ve just measured the stroke of the engine and it’s 54mm. Rd400 stroke should be 64mm
