Does anyone know what the std ignition curve is for late model RS125?
I've finally got my Zeel installed but won't rev past 10k rpm, (It got to 11k with the factory box). Checked rev limiter, zeel map puts 10k at 15 deg.
Tried lower with no sucess and not game yet to try higher without knowing the factory settings.
and the engine kill switch no longer works, is that the same on others?

Hi there AlanE2. Sorry for my late response. I haven't logged on in awhile.
I'm posting screenshots of my Zeeltronic map screens so you can copy on to yours. These match the standard ignition curve of my 2002 RS125 and mine pulls like a train to 11000 then falls on it's face thanks to the pipe.
Give this a go. If that doesn't solve the problem you'll need to look elsewhere. There's a couple of places to look and I can assure you there's a couple of little things that'll leave you scratching your head wondering why the bike is playing up.
Sorry my ignition map doesn't have any scope for TPS. My bike hasn't got one.
