I'll only get engaged once, I promise!
My bikes are not even registered at the moment... been spending all my money on the freakin' engagement party and the Mustang.

Got another confirmation... chap with an RG500. Said he would make it providing the weather is fine but he may only do part of the route.

Hi All.
I've come across from the Aprillia RS250 forum to one a little more local. I'm a starter on an RGV and am hoping for good weather like we all are.
See you Sunday!

Hey Mark,
Welcome to the forum!
I'll be on my RGV as well. Weather forecast looks good. Should be a great day.
Cheers, Markus.

What a day full of no shows and "lame" excuses to all those who didn't come.
Only 5 of us turned up. 2 rgv250s, 1 rg500, 1 rd350lc & 1 rz500
We'll have to set a date now for the next ride so the are no excuses.
Thinking is start of autumn next year when its starts to cool down from summer.

Bit harsh really.
People have families and other things that have to come first. I don't think any of us would just not want to come, so would have made it if we could.
Anyway.. hopefully the ride was good, even if it was only 5 bikes.

Only hassling
Did you have a good hang over Sunday morning? Remember after you get married you gotta book well in advance for a day pass out with the fellas and when you get kids it only get harder.
The ride was good, bit of the good old mumb bum when I got home. 578km round trip for me back to home. Just after Mac pass we just headed straight back up the freeway home, got home around 7:30pm.
Most of the roads at great for some high speed blasting. Only problem was the camera I brough along was playing up so got bugger all footage. Lesson learnt is not to buy cheapo batteries from a servo in the middle of nowhere.
