You could just buy a TDR and hammer a banshee motor in.

what do you plan to use the bike for?
the following 4T propaganda was brought to you by your local 2T lobby group...

"whats that youve got there?... a 450? "
yeah...
"what cereal packet did that come out of? "
huh?...

Sounds like you have the know how to make it happen, I say you get started and have fun with it. It may not be mega powerful but it will be fun to do. Please do a thread so we can see your progress, you never know who will find inspiration from it, that's the beauty of the net.

Dont both with them. even a propoerly fabricated 2-1's will loose 10-15% top end, but will give a little more off pipe performance.

By the way, how are you going to design your pipes?
You will need some decent 2T modeling software to get a decent pipe design to begin with.

No offense, but those 'basic programs' that you get online are complete and utter rubbish.

I would sooner chop up some stock KR pipes and re weld them to fit before I'd use one of those cheap n nasty pipe designers.

If you want proper pipes made, there is a member on this site who has the proper software and pipe making skills... and his pipes are pretty affordable too, but you'd need to finish the bike off first

Still working out the photos.been to busy reworking the frame to suit the new engine I ended up modifying the whole bottom of the frame and raise where the bottom rails meet under the the radiators so the front expantion chamber can fit threw
