Got the bike going again much better with new crank seals revs a lot cleaner from idle all the way to top end and i dont think milling down the head hearts either its much more peakey naw good fun when its on the pipe roost everywhere.

sounds like youre making good progress. whats next for this project then? or is it pretty much done?

next thing is a thermo fan it seems to get hot at low a speeds then tear it down and powder coat everything and new plastics

It's going to look like some sort of factory prototype by the time you've finished, not bad for what I take it started out as an experiment :-)
Ex UK, now in Adelaide. LC250/350. DT175. Shed full of sh1t in the vague form of dismantled rusty RD’s and RZ’s.

i just enjoy doing things that are outside the box and loved the concept of the 250 twinn dirt bike

Just need to get a new sd card for the gopro there $100 and with a few outher projects on the go thats money i dont have for a sd fixing up an old 71 trimph thunderbird
