2 Strokes Down Under

I have enabled Flood protection to try and stop the double posts that seem to keep happening. Pretty sure it's users on smart phones who use the back button to navigate which makes the phone post the same message again.

Anyway, if you receive any messages about flooding when you actually haven't double posted, let me know so I can turn it off again if its causing issues.
