Site access problem

My laptop updated a few days ago and since then when I try to get on this site a page comes up saying Unknown user agent and then says I am banned from this site . Does anyone know what has gone on or how to sort it.

Same thing happened to me when internet explorer upgraded itself to ie12. All part of windows upgrades. Other stuff on my lappy stopped functioning too, like HP quick pass... I solved it by resetting the updates using a previous restore point, and switching the automatic upgrades to manual.
I don't know why it stopped access to the site though, must be some increased security shite on ie 12.

I'll turn that security feature off.. it's a pain in the ass to maintain when new browsers are released.
