Practical Sportsbikes is a must have mag for any two stroke fanatic I reckon, by far the best mag out there and for some time too. Best deal is to subscribe direct through the UK distributor - works out about $8-$9 per mag for the year delivered to your door two months before the Aussie news agents get them. It's also available on iPad download for a lot cheaper again.BRG1200 wrote:crap, really hard to find that in Adelaide - I'll start looking, very helpful Mr Rich

They look better without fairings. That lower fairing that covers most of the pipe is just weird looking.OzzyElsie wrote:You jest, no????!!!!hybrid wrote:I always found them very ugly,..... .
But as I said... that's just my opinion. Probably plenty of people that think my taste is in my backside.

I do hope you're not involved in the catering industry?

jokes aside, if you're talking about the later models I'd agree, they lost that styling edge.
The 1983 model though, IMHO, I'd say that was definitely a handsome little bike ahead of its time in styling.
The 1984 was a sleeker version of the same, very nice to my eye, but then they lost their direction increasingly until the masterpiece RGV.
I challenge anyone to call that one ugly! ;-)
