RZ250 Brakes a hateful expereince

Decided I had nothing better to do in 40 degree heat over the weekend so decided to replace the seals in my front brakes on the 1XH RZ. What a hateful effin experience that was. 5 hours of my life I'll never get back - whoever came up with that calliper design should be hung drawn quartered then chopped up even more. I ended up having to freeze the calliper and piston to get the last one in. Now of course it has shown up the crap master cylinder so that requires replacement at some future time. For now it's gone to the back of the garage to be duly ignored for a couple of weeks. Arse of a thing!!

Ahh... those triumph calipers on the other hand... sorry... LOL
