Kh100 service manual

Post by Thommo »

Well, the kH I got of pete is a hum dinger, got it running sweet, which was mainly chuck some fresh fuel in it and give the carb a clean.

But, it has a clutch issue, or the lack of.

Anyone have a manual?

Or a link?

Hi Thommo
Also look up G7 as it's the same bike.
Cable clutch isn't a lot to it. I would dare say you really don't need the manual (I just fixed mine).

I had mine apart the other day for the same reason. A mechanic once told me that if you can get if moving stick it an 4th and give it a rev. Of course if it doesn't work the push home is a bitch. I live on the top of a hill so I decided pulling the cover off and cleaning the plates was easier and can check they aren't warped at the same time.
