I was on ebay last night and saw complete rebuild kits for them bowl gasket, all jets, emulsion tube, springs and needles think they were around $20 thought that sounded like a good price.

Are sticking with the airbox or pods?

That does sound good. Guys in SA were going on about a number on the needle that must be matched. I thought I would just get one of the kits from Ebay with a number of different pairs and have a go when I was building the next bike.

I have got K&N pods from same joint I got PWK's

I just did this very trip in January. Minsk 125ccs (had to buy 2, one seized on me at Ha Long Bay), 3,000ks and 4 weeks. Bloody fantastic time :)

A mate of mine did the trip over there on motorcycles a year ago. He liked it that much he is going back to do it again soon.
