1972 RD350

Post by DON83 »

Hi,
I am very new to this. I bought a 1972 RD350 recently. The bike was running and i have got it registered in NSW. But, now its not starting and looking for someone to have a look and fixing it back to working condition. Please let me know if there is anyone out there can help to achieve this. I have got RD Manual, fair bit of carburetor parts, gaskets, some custom tools, a new CDI kit, waiting for pair of new carburetors due to arrive in end of this month. Hard to find a trusty mechanic to look at this bike. I love to be with them when they working on my Boy. Any light to this would be grateful.
Thanks
Don.

Don,
are you capable of testing the basics, like checking for spark?

And if you do go the pro route I have to ask, where in NSW are you? Steve was saying he likes the guys at SMW in Hornsby, but that wont help if youre in Broken Hill LOL
