Downtime

There is probably going to be some downtime tomorrow night due to approaching hard drive failure on my server. I'm starting to see read errors from one of the drives.

Need to try and scrounge up another drive tomorrow at work and hopefully restore from backup to the new drive.

I will try and run a full backup beforehand, but I can't guarrantee that all data is going to be readable from the system currently, so we may lose a little bit of data.

We're back!

All good... I decided to replace my tired old server with a newer machine I had laying around. It already had a drive in it.

It was just a 30gb IDE drive.

Ahh yeah we have plenty of that stuff here at work too (IT Services Company), but I couldn't put up with the noise of a full blown server in my study.
