Wont stay logged in.Cant see posts.

Im using XP on a desk top seeing as though I cant use a smart phone with tapa talk on this web site.Yes deleted cookies etc etc etc.
So only use desk top now for this site.But wait......I cant use a desk top pc now.
I log in,tick the "stay looged in" box & I go to reply to a thread....I have to log in again....I write a reply trying to stay positive & then that reply has dissappeared.....
Im getting sick of trying to find all the keys out of the key board after they've flown all over the room........
Easier to just delete this forum link i tink....

Jeff will be along to help LB, it is bizarre its not working for you on phone and PC tho. XP is pretty old now but should still work, I reckon you need to clear a bunch of stuff down and it will spark into life, but know youre not a computer savvy guy so not sure what to suggest, what we all need is a teenager, they know how technology works! haha.

It's quite dangerous to continue to use XP.
But anyway, if you are not computer savvy, I will assume you're using Internet Explorer and it's probably old.

Try going to this link and getting a newer version first.

While on the topic, I've found the pages don't draw very nice in chrome, lines overlapping etc - which is weird as they work ok on another forum using php. Firefox seems to go well though. I haven't had the logout issue though.

Don't know if this would help - have you tried ticking this box when you log in ?

Chrome is working good now,can see all my old posts etc.

One of these days I might ditch the CMS and just stick with a forum only.
I don't think anyone really uses the other bits that a CMS provides anyway.

I agree Jeff, most guys just log in and post and dont use the value adds I suspect.
