I've posted more details on the DiffrentStrokers forum, as there are a fair few SDR owners among the membership. Have a look here: http://diffrentstrokers.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=2308

Hey Nice looking bike James..

That front brake must work well.

Chain looks a little tight though [Peace HAND]️

Have yo had a chance to ride it yet?

Yes, the chain does look a little tighter than usual - the specified measurement for chain tension is 15-20mm. The chain is 132 links, which is a bit longer than many other bikes.
The front brake seems OK so far, but early days yet! The bike now has another 100km on the odometer. I've posted a few extra photos under the original topic.

James

Great bike..i remember the first time i saw one in balmain cira 2002..i never even new they existed till i saw one in the flesh.. i saw another one not long ago at Chris watson yamaha bike show..they are soo small.. i have very modified dt200 it hauls.. they are very good lil motors..and can be made to really move with lil compromise on reliability..
Btw i have not seen a dogfight exhaust since my reversecylinder tzr in 98! Again great work
