You would have to see what he's got for $1400 but would be a good project when finished. I believe the engine/crank is not easy to work with. As always, the 400 would be preferable.

Not a bad price but they aren’t a particularly sought after model and their scarcity will likely make finding parts pretty difficult. Plus there are better (faster) quarter litre strokers out there.
