Thanks for that info i have it running naw but it will need a rebuild in the near future will look into outher rods then. have you heard of BEET they made a 300 big bore kit for the kr years back cant find info on what pistons and rods they used.

The Beet kit was 310cc and they used the standard KE175D pistons with standard, unmodified KR crank and rods. The standard KE175D pistons are 62.5mm diameter. See my earlier post.

thats awsome from what i hear the kr bores have a lot of thickness in them for overboreing but i thort that the bigger pistons would be hevyer and throw out the balleneing on the stock internals corect me if i am wrong by all means.
