output shaft seal replacement on a Mito 125

Post by doobie »

to replace the output shaft seal, i have been told it should come out with the help of a screwdriver driven in to it, is this right? i have the seal and the oring (from Mito Mondo). do you drive it in and gently lever it out? any one done this? :?

Hmmm good question...

acording to these guys, if you want to stop it from ever leaking again, stick 2 orings on there, not just one.

if no1 can help you on here, ask some of the experts on 125ccsportsbikes.com eg: oldpainless or collywog or cagiva geezer
they are mito gurus... or try talking to Rob at mito mondo he is good help!!!
