This thread might help people find calipers to bolt up to their forks when doing a custom project. Please add any dimensions you have and I will update the list in this top post.

62mm - 2001 GSXR750 (4 spot)
65mm - Brembo goldline calipers (4 pad non radial) from 998 and RSV1000, earlier 2 pad brembos fit the same.
83mm - TZR250 3XV (4 spot)
83mm - 1989 - 1994 FZR250 (4 spot)
83mm - FZR400 (3TJ) (4 spot)
83mm - Yamaha R1-Z (4 spot)
83mm - TZR250 3MA (4 spot)
83mm - Truimph 955i (?) (4 spot with triumph written into the casting)
92mm - RGV250 (4 spot)
92mm - GSXR & Hyabusa (6 pot)

While I haven't measured them I'd say Suzuki GSXR (non-radial) and some early Hayabusa ones are 92mm as well then, as they are meant to fit on RGV vj22/23 forks.

You frequently see them come up on Yahoo Auctions Japan in the Suzuki RGV250 category.

I've got a set of six pot Hayabusa calipers which I'm thinking of fitting to my modded RG500 which (currently) has a vj22 SP front end fitted. I'll measure them next time I get a chance.

Cheers, Markus.

You are correct Markus, the early GSXR and Busa six pot calipers bolt straight on RGV 21, 22 and 23 forks. Correct offset and no need to change discs! I'm pretty sure all the GSXR calipers up to 2002 bolt straight on!

Early 4 spot Brembo's have 40mm hole spacing. IIRC most radial calipers have 92 or 100mm spacing.

Hmm, beware of this:
83mm - Truimph 955i (?) (4 spot with triumph written into the casting)

Some of the Triumphs are 92mm... they look almost identical but dont find the 83mm spacing. there is a thread out there about it, and the tell is if they have a loop on the casting they are the bigger spaced version. you will know what that means if you spy a few set ;)

83mm - 85 onwards (Variable Damper) RZ350
92mm - FZR600 (I have a set here is anyone is looking for some, on ebay at the mo lol)

I picked up a set of the Triumph 83mm on ebay, for my rustbucket RZ250R project, not off a Triumph, off another RZ - the guy had found something even more powerful for his RZ!
