Not a chance I'm doing that unless the engine has issues!
Sick of working on it... just want to ride it.

fair enough. But recently saw some smart work on a TZ750 cylinder kick the HP up to 160, but the impressive bit was 80 ftlbs torque. All for free :D

I shit stirred the RZ big bore world years ago, when they bemoaned the lack of mid range from the non PV big bore engines.

If the 500 was as easy to work on as the 350 I'd not have an issue, but it's not easy just to take the topend off the 500 with all the PV crap in the V.

This is as good as it gets the transfer angles almost match this to the mm.

Why the painted over bits? Secrets?

Transfers that big would be nice.

Nah I was shit stirring someone ages ago it's the only one I had in my photobucket account, I'll have to upload the undoctored one and replace it.
That's the thing the ENTRIES to the transfer ducts are very small and the duct gradualy gets bigger. I have silcone moulds of similar ducts and they look very different in 3D.
By restoring the divider you will get the correct transfer entry angles as per the Aprilia RSW/RSA.

Saw this bike yesterday when I met up with Hybrid. It's a stunner... The sort of thing that makes us grown men go weak at the knees. You coulld spend a long time just looking at all the trick parts and soak it in. nice! Thanks for showing it to me mate!

Quick video I took today.
My bike died on the way to the BSFOS a couple of months back. Turned out it was some part my my zeeltronic kit.
Bit the bullet and replaced it with a new PCDI-24V.

Appologies if you have seen this elsewhere, and also for the sound. I think the camera is vibrating in its case, so will need to put some packing in there next time.
