The Beet kit was 310cc and they used the standard KE175D pistons with standard, unmodified KR crank and rods. The standard KE175D pistons are 62.5mm diameter. See my earlier post.

While I haven't measured them I'd say Suzuki GSXR (non-radial) and some early Hayabusa ones are 92mm as well then, as they are meant to fit on RGV vj22/23 forks. Cheers, Markus. I discovered that Beet used to make a 310cc kit for the KR250. They used a KE175D piston. All piston measurements are exactly the same except for the diameter and probably weight. The windows and ring pins are also in the correct place. You must use thrust washers on either side of the small end tho...
They might cost a bit more than the ebay ones but at least they will fit straight on and look very modern. Also remeber that if you get painted fairings and try to modify them to fit, you may damage the paintwork.
