Re: nsr150 and 250 caliper measurements wanted..
Nope they don't.
150 has piddly little 2 pots. Think generic asian scooter. It may be similar to the generic dirt bike caliper mounting, yet to confirm.
250 has pots, similar to the CBR600f3 and (I think older) firestorm . Later models (MC28) have the same as the f4i.

Re: mc28 whats needed to know
With the 28, you overcome the restriction with the HRC card but you lose your speedo. It's got a heavier flywheel and swingarm compared to the 2 but looks much better. If you want the performance from a 28 you can fit a 21 loom and PGM. Max41: all 28s came with a dry clutch and se forks standard, th...

Re: Fork Emulators.
All the first gen SV use debrix if they don't want to pay for the racetech ones. Fuel injected SV has different size internals so the debris doesn't work as well.
Well worth sticking emulators in as they control the oil flow in the forks much better. Definitely budget for a rear shock rebuild too.

Re: mc28 whats needed to know
What do you want to know about them? Then run a key card ignition instead of a normal ke,tthe swingarm is heavier but looks great, they run a heavier flywheel and the exhaust is restricted at the stinger join. Parts are interchangeable with the 21 but the fuel tank, seat and tail fairinga are differ...
