you can add more oil if you think it will help, but go easy. Its probably the springs that are toast tho.

Are you sure youve bled it correctly? Its worth tying the lever to bars overnight and seeing if that helps. A reverse bleed with a big syringe can help too.
I never use the chinese cheapies, but it should work. Im sure its just needing bleeding.

Ohh, yes not bad value at all... tho out of my league, not least as I already have a full set of the RGV stuff to go on a project lol The paint does look good, it'd want to be very nice I would think at this price. For the uninitiated there is a long way to go and a good few missing parts I bet with...
