2 Strokes Down Under

Hi All, I need some advice / thoughts please on how to correctly adjust the oil pump on my RZ250 83 mod. The manual doesnt make it very clear, and Im concerned its currently set too rich. The manual basically says there should be a small gap of between 0.1mm and 0.15 mm between the little metal boss...

Does anyone in Oz have a spare (good) cylinder head stud for an RZ?
We have a stripped one giving coolant pressurising issues. Prob is we have a special annual ride coming up soon and a UK order won't get here in time
Any chance?

We've found a stripped cylinder head sleeve nut (no. so this could well be the cause.
Has anybody in OZ got good spare head sleeve nut(s) handy?
We have an inlaws biker gang ride soon, and it'll be touch and go whether we'd get a replacement from the UK in time.

THankyou to Jon W and EPApolice - very interesting to hear that standard RZ radiators are really too small capacity, never knew that. Also i didnt know other RZ's often run hot.........I will think about getting a larger rad, and i will flush out the rad as well.
