Re: Nice Pipes Mister.

I have had a pair of thos on my race LC for severla years. Crossover design, I think I paid about $600 landed. Despite comments to the contrary they are not a bad pipe if your engine is tuned to them. At the time they were a good buy but are showing their age and will replaced this year with some Sw...

Re: RD350LC's for sale on ebay

The thing is I should really keep the 250 top end as a spare for my race bike. The 350 cylinders are ported - in fact I might even have two sets.

I'll let you know Doc

Re: RD350LC's for sale on ebay

what is more popular 250 or 350 ?? I only ask as my ex race rolling chassis is going to get returned to the road. It wont be original as it has wider spoke rims and an alloy swing arm. but I have both 250 or 350 top ends i could use !!! As I am in the process of saving up for some TZ750 crankcases (...

Re: RD350LC's for sale on ebay

The UK Proddy racing scene was full of stolen bikes - filed off engine numbers etc. I remember at Cadwell once they announced that the engine and frame numbers would be checked at Scrutineering. Funny how half of them down in the program didn't turn up on the grid and i was witness to a mass exodus ...

Re: Oil pump graph.

Back to the crank seals - I just bought 2 pairs of genuine LC RH & LH seals for $104 delivered from Bikebiz in Paramatta, ordered by phone Thursday arrived on Monday. Thats not a bad price in my book. After piston failure at Phillip Island recently. The LH seal seemed loose, can't remember now i...

Re: New bugger with a rd250lc rolling ish box of bits

With TSS Cranks in LC's - aren't these based on RZ/Banshee cranks that are slightly wider ??

So is the LC crankcase machined or are the crank webs machined to fit the LC cases.....??
