Ahh yes, have seen the yamybits seal failure not real encouraging stuff. I mean these bikes are such a can of worms, you never know what people have changed over the years.

Ordered a crank seal set and ended up giving up after nearly a month and let others get it in the end.

I think mine must be off the chart! Well lower actually. Bike is still in many pieces but hope to have it on the road again soon. What would the time frame likely to be to have it set up properly by you arrow? I guess a week either way in travel time from Australia, best thing I supose is to get ano...

Ah o.k. doesn't suprize too much as nearly every thing on the bike needs a full overhaul. I've managed to get the plunger rubber ,oring and base gasket for it but now thinking better to send it off for someone that really knows the pumps or the other option being stuck miles from home is not overly ...

Recently bought a rz250r and the thing is eating oil, about 1lt for 250kms. Ouch! Looks as if the plunger is not returning all the way out. Least I know it pumps oil ok! just loads of it. How would one adjust the return on one of these or is it a good clean up that would help it return better? Hoora...
