Hi just about to repaint the wheels on my 82 lc wheels last owner did a quick respray of the rims spokes and all.
I have removed all that now need to repaint but are the wheels a satin or gloss black

Hi, Can any tell me what this shaft is in the attached picture I have circled.
Cleaned it all up to find where I had a oil leak from 24 hours later tracked it down to this area circled in the picture. I'm yet to receive my workshop manual so have little idea what it is?
A newbie to this so all.

Hi you are the man thanks I looked at that picture and never noticed it. If you know anyone yes please if not your right maybe make one up might be the best option. Just trying to get the shopping list so most things are there for putting it back together. Thanks again

Thanks but Im not explaining myself very well jeweller not mechanic lol. In the picture Jon posted at the back area of the black plastic housing their is a bolt numbered 25 that goes into the slot of the housing to firm the whole headlight mine does not have that and if you touch the whole headlight...

Hi Jon, Thanks I did but I cant see where the light screws to? It's the screw at the back side of the shell that locks it in for the horizontal adjust. I think I'm missing a part maybe when the bike was put back together by previous owner not sure. I have attached the area I mean.

Hi Guys, I'm missing something to hold the headlight in place at the back it has a screw to hold the horizontal adjust by the looks but mine is missing so have no idea what screw goes through it or where it screws to stop it moving. Would someone mind attaching a picture as the Haynes workshop manua...

Yeah it is tidy but wanted something to do as my other bikes are all very late models with little to do other then regular services. Wife said it will get me off the couch lol

Thanks guys yes I'm happy with the find as Jon suggested late last year when I was looking for one to maybe start with buying bits. Xmas came and went then on Aust day this popped up and the wife said I'll buy it for you what a great wife. Best bit is it's mostly there of course it needs restoring b...
