Wonder why the speedo doesnt show any Miles ??
His own blurb says its only done 5000 original miles and nothing but the tyres have been replaced ??

Aircooled RDs did not come with polished fins or heads and the mirrors are off a Daytona model and the clocks are off a D model but the seat is off a C and the VIN doesnt explian what model it is and thats just at a clance. So what was that about totally original ... tool

I note he has dropped his ask, still too expensive, even without the discrepancies.

It's ambitious money but it is a nice example and a ebay seller with 100% feedback , have over 500 transactions would be a trustworthy person and given the benefit of the doubt.

Well I got a reply and as a one time employee of Yamaha you would think he would be better informed.


Mate, I use to work for Yamaha. This is about the best example that I've seen in yarns and just as I remember em. Shame we didn't get that paint scheme as we got the big decal instead that use to peal up. Good luck in your sale. Wish I had the $$!
