Bike transport from Adelaide to Melbourne

Hi All. Looking for the most economical way to transport a bike from Adelaide to Melbourne. Any recommendations?

road trip

failing that organise freight yourself which involves getting the current owner of the bike to get a bike pallet from a local deal for free and packing the bike then dropping it off at the depot.
Saves alot of money that way.

Yeah, road trip I was trying to avoid as the missus might get suspicious if I disappear for two days. And you know what my trailer looks like...

ahaha yes I do!

you can always steal my old mans trailer, its big enough for 3 bikes, its a bit beaten up but hasnt missed a beat in years.

its stored at my old mans place in oakley
