and by the way those powervalves are reverse cylinder AND the connector bit is like new..................

State Debt Recovery office. Its all on the back of the ticket outlining your options. It took them over 30 days to reply and I was going to call them up the day the reply arrived as it was well past the 21 days you have to pay etc.
