I've fully designed the ATAC chamber in CAD this week, I just have to make some cardboard templates of it this weekend to make sure it can fit on the bike because space is very tight due to frame rails, cylinder block and the radiator.

Hopefully I can find a solution that fits because it looks so damn good in cad!

This canister unit bolts straight onto my ATAC valve, has a adjustable volume from 50cc-180cc and has tapped M5 threads in the side of it so the solenoid mounts directly to the canister to drive the valve.

fingers crossed I can make it work, otherwise I might just have to weld up some complex shapes with sheet aluminium to make it fit.

Just sent off the cad files to have the ATTACK valve canisters made.

In the end decided to use a servo motor for control as the solenoids created more issues than they solved.

After a couple weeks of designing and mock-ups in my spare time I came up with the final design
It was alot harder than I was expecting as there isnt much room between the exhust header and radiator (vertically) and between the cylinders and the front wheel (forward and backwards). But this latest design seems to fit in there perfectly without a millimeter to spare.

Are you going to do the el cheapo fuel sealer or buy a mega expensive kit?

I have used POR15 on two bike tanks.
No issues after 5+ years.
