RZ500 bird cage/top fairing mount.

I have a RZ500 bird cage in good condition,left blinker mount might have a slight tweak.But overall in good nick.
Now I need a bird cage for RZ250/350 F1/F2,prefer to swap as I dont want to cut n shut the 500 mount.
Anyone up for a swap?If not its up for sale....anyone need one?

If thats a 31k fairing frame, if its straight and no one wants it I'll buy it, the one on my RZ250R is mashed.

Its a 85 onwards one... ie 57V / F1, F2 etc.
The 31k is different.

Sorry, getting foggy late at night, I need an F1 / RZ250R / 1985 full fairing model fairing frame. Mine is bent to buggery, looks like its been hammered back into shape more than once.
Happy to make an immediate purchase if a decent one is on offer at a fair price

Sounds like this is what you need then. I would drop LB a PM and make sure he doesnt want it and if not tie up the dean with Dean I guess... Else if you get stuck I have an aftermarket one that will get you out of trouble, its not OEM tho.
These do tend to take the brunt of any crash as the bike lands on the fairing everytime; they twist and bend, so you dont have to LOL

I suspect the reason my little rusty resto ended up in the barn for 17 years is just that - the owner was "vertically challenged" in the respect that he couldn't keep the bike upright. When it was put away it was probably in OK condition apart from this sort of minor damage,

Hi Dean, yes I did, both of them. Had hint that the second one seemed to be winding up operations, so a mate and I thought we'd better zip down there in case of any bargains last week. None that we could afford shall we say.
First wrecker is better known to us. They do have a handlebar fairing, saw it yesterday morning, both brackets on the back are broken and crudely glassed back up, no screen, cracks, bit of a mess. Didn't think this one was what you were likely to want. Sorry, these fairings are hard to get. Will suggest Nick Sanders again if you're after producing a nice resto, or one of the reproduction glass fibre ones if you don't mind sorting out some bracketry.
