Hey all been looking at this site for a while now and figured I gotta join.
I'm a big 2 stoke fan, currently I got 2 Yamaha R5's and a RD350,
used to have a couple of GP125's and a KH125
Havn't seen any other RD's/R5's on the road, bit disappointing. There's gotta be a group of em hitting the street's somewhere close by(I'm close to sydney) . Were I don't know.
Im after a 2 stroke guru to get some porting and machining work done on my RD350 top end. Ive got a set of DG heads to go on, and was after someone who could machine the head to take a O ring head gasket or RD400 gasket, reduce squish clearence, port barrels, re bore for new pistons and enlarge reed intake to maybe take banshee reed blocks. Oh also look at my crank and possibly rebuild
Anyone know anyone ?
Thanks in advance Justin

Not too surprising, you're talking about bikes that are 30-40 years old :$ - in a society that considers anything older than 3 years 'out of date'.

You won't get an RD specific group but there are groups like the VJMC, other classic clubs and informal groups of like minded riders.owmers.

Cool, thanks. I been to old gold a few times and never thought to ask.
Also been meaning to join the VJMC. Another thing I havn't got around to. some of there rides are only 10 minutes from my house but there normally in the week. Hmm good excuse to call in sick, especially when its 40c
Thanks for the info
