LC's were renowned for their handling but do you think this would be too much of a good thing.

I wouldn't say that it fits nicely. Have a look at the air filter he's got on the outside carb. That's got to be terrible for waves bouncing back through the carb.

Wouldnt the filter be in virtually the same position on the Kwaka anyway ??

I dont get what your'e saying most of the filter is sitting behind the side panel.

In actual fact there is no difference between this and a Lc.................If anything the side panel is a good thing as it creates a buffer zone.

Dont care what you say I think the motor fits quite nicely and It looks like its meant to be...........................thumbs up on the effort.

My only concern is I dont think the frame is up to it,then again neither was the Kwaka frame.

Can't see that being possible Ant... there is a frame rail going through where you believe the air filter should be going.
I'm sure that must be about a 1 inch long filter with a hard back on it. In fact I'm pretty sure if you look closely, you can see the chrome end on it.

Nice work making it fit and all, but nahhh... leave the engine in the kwaka where it should be and fit a stroker RZ in there if you must remove the LC engine!

Are they for RZ or LC engine?

One of these days I need to spend some time on the LC again... but gotta finish the Mustang and get some carbs on the 500.
Rego is up in October and I think I might have been on it once since it was rego'd!

There for Rz think just under 400cc you can still run the standard crank.

You can get the complete kits for under $800 Us

So this means I need to sell the current fully rebuilt Lc motor with 5000km's on it so I can fund the upgrade............................not a bad plug eh.

Does that mean you can count the amount of times you've been out riding on one hand. You need to come up north and remember what a sore ass feels like.................................

Pretty sure I can count it on one finger

I really need to call Karl about those carbs. I just can't bring myself to spend too much money on anything else at the moment while the car is needing so much.
