messed up(?) RDLC frame parts in Vic...

This seems to have been for sale forever, its comes n goes and is back on ebay again... and from the short description its just a frame swinger, fibreglass seat and tank. From what I deduce the forks, wheels and tyres are not in the deal. Which means $450 is a joke, with them its about right I reckon.
Anyway, fortune favours the brave... or not... are you the man for the job?!?! Im not... LOL!

I just cant see it being a whole frame underneath, someone is bound to have cut something, and I see no pics or mention of a compliance plate, hmm... And anyone serious about selling something for all its money should do decent pics, standing in the garage with a phone is not decent pics imho, pull it out and show people what they want to see. mental.
