Megazip Parts Really Available?

Has anyone here ordered any parts from Megazip?
They do list various otherwise rare parts as available, but do they really exist?
Some come up as 'US warehouse' & others 'Japan warehouse' ( usually cheaper).
But some stuff is crazy.. TZ 750D crankcases for ~US$4,500.00!
..but an alloy cantilever swingarm is listed at ~US$450.00 for the same bike..
RZ 350 31K barrels for ~US$650.00 a piece.. But 1UA units are 'not for sale'..
Bullshit or not?
Has anyone tried an order, & then been told, "Ah, yeah, sorry we don't actually have 'em"?
