Better image uploading - attachments effectively disabled

I've just added an extension so people can easily use postimage.org to display pics here.
Use the "Add image to post" button below the editor:
It should automatically insert the link to the image after you upload.
Because of this, I have also reduced the file attachment size limit to 2bytes, effectively disabling it.
I couldn't disable it completely, otherwise existing attached images would no longer display.
