Just wondering if anybody has a link to the yammie rz250 (86 model) workshop manual or can point me in the direction of one.

just grab a haynes off ebay, Ive never found an online one and hard copy is better in the garage than the laptop,certainly cheaper when you drop it or tip oil over it... eeek!

I went to Haynes and could only find a 350 manual not a 250 manual. Is there much difference between them ?
My thoughts are that carbs, barrels, heads and oil pump setups would be/are different.
Its been so long since I played with one of these things I've forgotten everything ... old timers disease at 44 maybe ?

Haynes are good, I would say it's very likely the 250 set up will be in there too, and Haynes manuals are pretty cheap second hand.

In the UK hardly anyone would have bought a 250 stroker after about 1980, the learner laws were knocked over by the speed of the X7, RD250DX then the 250 LC appeared and could lay waste to the Police BMW lorrys of the time, so 125cc and max 12hp became the new learner category.
The 350 yamaha's were sold in massive numbers, because they were just about affordable went like stink(wheels) and could be run for peanuts.
