2 Strokes Down Under

hey guys i have a rg250 86/87 i only just picked it up so have not had a chance to go over it.. basically the guy started to restore it but lost interest and lost some parts..
parts missing are..
head light
top faring
instrument cluster
mufflers
gear selector
how ever the rest of the bike is in perfect condition very tidy and straight i couldnt start it as there was no key.. but i will get around that..i dont really have the time to do much to it so if anyone is interested as is please call 0406726252 bike is in newcastle thanks

i had a lil look at it this morning most things are not hooked up..
radiator some electrics air box.. no oil in forks that sorta thing..what you would expect from something 3/4 done.
it has had a respray and is a good job would take an after noon to get ready i think..it this stage i would say it will run no prob, no one would go that much trouble to an engine that didnt run..lol

Id love this, but sadly cant find the cash right now. Ive always wanted one to fully restore so would need all the fairing panels etc. shame as it would cost me a fortune to do it how id want :/

yeah the front fairings are hard to find it was missing the top half so i sold the sides and bellys..they were fibre glass anyhow which leads me to believe some some where is makin good replica
